CSTP can help you indulge yourself as a writer! The 2010 Writers' Retreat is June 28 - July 1 in Olympia. Spend four days in a quiet setting with supportive colleagues and write your opus, op-editorial, or journal article about some aspect of teaching. Work with writing coaches who can keep you motivated. Be inspired by what your colleagues have to say: about their work-and yours. Learn how to prepare your manuscript for publication.

Also check out Jessie Towbin's article that was written at last year's Writers' Retreat and just published in ASCD's Education Leadership, February 2010.
