We invite all educators who help colleagues improve their professional practice to join us. Mentors, Coaches, Principals and Program Administrators will benefit from participating in this 3rd annual interactive symposium. Keynote Address: Lenses and Language: From Novice to Expert Practice
Featured speakers are Laura Lipton and Bruce Wellman, authors of Mentoring Matters: A Practical Guide to Learning-Focused Relationships. Learn descriptors and definitions of expert practice and five lenses through which mentors listen to their colleagues and apply developmentally appropriate strategies for producing growth.
Symposium Strands: Participants will select one strand to attend Wednesday afternoon and continue with on Thursday morning. See Strands page for descriptions of these strands.
