NCCTQ's New Web Resource-Connections
The National Comprehensive Center for Teacher Quality has launched
a new focus area to their website called the NCCTQ Connection. This
resource provides strategies and research-based practice and policy
to help teachers meet the needs of all learners, both general education
learners and learners with disabilities. The site is organized into
five areas aligned with the current priorities set by the Office
of Special Education Programs at the U.S. Department of Education:
. Assessment Resources
. Classroom Management/Behavior Resources
. Inclusive Practices Resources
. Instructional Strategies Resources
. Reading/Literacy Resources
Additionally, the NCCTQ Connection provides teachers and those
who are involved in teacher preparation the opportunity to join
in on a moderated, running dialogue focused on one of the five resource
areas listed above. The current topic is classroom management.
