One Pagers

The purpose behind the "one pager" is to be able to use them to send to your policy maker. As you read through the sample "one pagers" you will see that they were used by NBCTs here in Washington state when we visited Washington D.C. in July 2005. We brought these "one pagers" to our legislative meetings to help them understand more about National Board and to raise their awareness about how being a National Board Certified teacher has impacted student learning in our classrooms.

Please bring your "one pager" to meetings you have with the various policy makers. Also add them to your letters and email communication.

In addition, please send us your "one pager" as we hope to compile them by legislative district to be used in further communications. Please send them to: network@cstp-wa.org. Please note the subject as: One Pager.
