Fees include morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, and continental breakfast on Thursday. Register before September 15 and save! Fees are:



If you find that you must cancel after your credit card payment has been processed or your check has been deposited, there will be a $50 cancellation fee deducted from your refund. After October 15 there will be no refund for cancellations. You are welcome to send another participant in your place, just contact us before November 1, 2008.



Plans are underway to add a fun evening banquet on Wednesday night for an additional fee. When information about this event is available, the details will be sent to registrants by email.



The conference will be held at the Mirabeau Park Hotel, located a few miles east of downtown Spokane at the Sullivan Road exit (291B) off I-90. A room block has been arranged with discounted rates for symposium participants.

Participants are responsible for booking their own reservations directly with the hotel: 1-866-584-4674. A credit card or first night deposit will be required to guarantee your reservation. Be sure to mention that you are with CSTP to receive the discounted conference rates:


We encourage you to make hotel reservations early. The number of discounted rooms is limited, and once our block is filled the rates will be higher. The absolute deadline for reservations is October 5, 2008.
