Mentor Symposium Registration Information

Registration Fees:

Symposium (Nov. 3 & 4)     

• Through June 30: $195
• Starting July 1: $230

Workshop (Nov. 2) - available only when added to symposium registration     

• Through June 30: $175
• Starting July 1: $195

Fees include morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch each day.

To register, download and complete the registration form and return it with payment by fax, post or email. Register early to take advantage of the discount. Send a team of 3 or more from the same district to save $50 on the third registration.

Cancellation Policy:

If you find that you must cancel after your registration been received, even if payment has not yet been submitted, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.  After October 1 there will be no refund for cancellations. You are welcome to send another participant in your place, just has contact us before October 25, 2010.  

Location:

The conference will be held at the Lynnwood Convention Center, located at 3711 196^th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Directions from I-5: Take exit #181, then west on 196^th St SW.

Parking:

Parking is free at the Lynnwood Convention Center.

Lodging:

A room block has been arranged near Lynnwood Convention Center at the Courtyard Marriott Lynnwood at a discounted rate of $89 single / $99 double + tax. Participants are responsible for booking their own lodging directly with the hotel by phone 425-670-0500. Reserve rooms early - the number of discounted rooms is limited and the deadline for reservations is October 11, 2010.
